About Us
Brooklyn Bagel opened its doors in March 2003 with the idea from two long-term best friends who wanted to provide the Bloomfield Hills/Telegraph Road Corridor with the Freshest, Best Jewish New York Style Bagels in town!
We use only the finest ingredients in our foods, providing a quick but healthy alternative to our customers from the traditional chain-style eateries. Our bagels have clean ingredients you can feel happy about when feeding your family and loved ones!
Our Bagel dough is made in house from scratch, and our bagels are boiled just like bagels were made 100 years ago.

In addition to our home-made bagels, we offer a variety of Daily Freshly Homemade items: Nine Flavors of Gourmet Cream Cheese, Tuna Salad, Egg Salad, Banana Nut Bread, Chocolate Chip Bread, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Bagel Chips, Fruit Salads, and a Variety of Fresh Salads made daily.

Not only do we make our Bagels fresh every day, we offer Teething Bagels, Doggy Bagels, Homemade Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread and Homemade Chocolate Chip Banana Breads, The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies.

We use the highest quality Gluten flour for our bagels, we make our own cream cheese using only the best and freshest produce and spices purchased LOCALLY. We believe in using only CLEAN ingredients so our customers can feel great about what they are feeding their families and friends.

When we looked at opening the bagel shop (Since the day we opened our doors), we wanted to be able to provide the same food for our customers that our family has loved for many years. We use our secret and most powerful ingredient, LOVE!
